Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Srinagar North. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including organizing raw footage, assembling sequences, and editing content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations. Daily responsibilities include refining visual narratives, applying color grading, adding transitions and effects, and integrating audio elements to create polished, engaging videos aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The role also involves collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and developers to produce motion graphics, visual assets, and content variations optimized for different platforms and formats. The Video Editor is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating, assembling, and refining visual content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design animated elements, overlays, and visual assets.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and understanding of pacing, composition, and sound integration.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, take feedback constructively, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating content for digital marketing, social media, and performance-focused campaigns is beneficial.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
