• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to work on-site in Siliguri, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Strong visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical and responsible content creation.
• Relevant qualification in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in news, digital media, or documentary production is an advantage.

Role Description
