Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhilwara. The Video Editor will edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content for marketing, training, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include organizing and managing video assets, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and optimizing content for different platforms and formats. The role involves close collaboration with content, marketing, and design teams to refine scripts, suggest visual storytelling approaches, and meet production timelines. The Video Editor will also help maintain an efficient post-production workflow and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production, including handling raw footage, basic shooting principles, and understanding of the end-to-end production process.
• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Color Grading using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Abode AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand consistency.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to maintain quality and consistency across multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in corporate or marketing video production is an advantage; familiarity with Indian consumer markets and direct-selling context is a plus.
