Job summary

Equal Parts in India is seeking a Video Editor to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping social content. You will edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, ads, and other platform content, shaping ideas with strong storytelling and pacing.

You will add transitions, motion graphics, sound, subtitles, and color grading; collaborate with creative and marketing teams; adapt to brand guidelines; manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A showreel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience editing short-form content for social media or performance ads.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing editing work is required.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.

Have an eye for detail, a knack for storytelling, and the skills to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content? We’re looking for a Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through engaging, impactful videos.

• Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, ads, and other social media content.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, subtitles, and colour grading wherever required.
• Collaborate with the creative and performance marketing teams to execute video concepts.
• Adapt edits to different brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform requirements.
• Stay updated with emerging editing styles, social media trends, and creative formats.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality edits within deadlines.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
• A strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, sound design, and colour correction.
• Experience editing short-form content, social media creatives, or performance marketing ads.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous editing work is required.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
