Job summary

Lets Manage India is seeking a creative Video Editor in Pune, Maharashtra for a full-time on-site role in the Creative Media team. You will craft engaging video content across platforms, from social reels to brand films, collaborating with directors, marketing, and clients.

Freshers and up to 5 years’ experience are welcome. A strong portfolio demonstrating editing skills and storytelling is essential to showcase your work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and animation fundamentals.
• Experience with video color grading and correction techniques.
• Familiarity with audio mixing and syncing.
• Ability to work with various video formats and codecs.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking; manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing work.
• Basic understanding of different social media video formats and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, broadcast-ready video content.
• Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro for social media, YouTube, ads, and brand campaigns.
• Sync audio, add music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video briefs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Export and optimize video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Review final edits and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain organized project files and assets in shared storage.
• Stay updated with latest video trends and platform algorithms.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing Creative Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling video content across multiple platforms, from short-form social media reels to long-form brand films and explainer videos. You will collaborate closely with our creative directors, marketing team, and clients to bring visual stories to life.

Whether you're a fresher with a passion for storytelling or someone with up to 5 years of experience, we welcome talent at all stages. A strong portfolio demonstrating your editing skills, creativity, and understanding of visual communication is a must.

What Youll Do

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, broadcast-ready video content
