Role Description

The Video Editor role at Think Lab Digital Solutions is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Vijayawada. In this role, the Video Editor will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to plan, edit, and finalize video content for various digital platforms. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, applying cuts and transitions, refining audio, performing color grading, and integrating motion graphics or visual elements to align with brand guidelines. The Video Editor will also collaborate on storyboards, ensure timely delivery of projects, maintain organized file management, and adapt content formats for social media, web, and advertising campaigns. This position requires attention to detail, a strong visual sense, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills for creating high‑quality, engaging video content.
• Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent and appealing visual tone across projects.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design and integrate visual elements, titles, and animations.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media formats, including aspect ratios, short‑form content, and platform‑specific best practices.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, creativity, and attention to detail, with good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in an agency or digital media environment is a plus.
