You’ll edit engaging reels, YouTube videos, and social content, crafting clean, minimal edits that feel premium. You should understand social media trends, pacing, music, typography, and visual storytelling to keep the brand identity consistent across campaigns.

You should have a strong aesthetic sense, understand social media trends, and know how to create clean, minimal and engaging travel content from dreamy destination reels to fast-paced social content.

What You’ll Do

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short-form videos and travel content
• Create aesthetic, minimal and visually appealing edits
• Work with travel footage, creator content and campaign shoots

• Keep up with Instagram, Reels and social media trends

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing
• A strong aesthetic eye and understanding of visual storytelling
• Someone who is genuinely fond of travelling and travel content
• Good understanding of social media-first content
• Ability to create minimal, clean and premium-looking edits
• Good sense of music, rhythm, transitions and storytelling
• Comfortable working with tight timelines and multiple content pieces
• Someone who is creative, curious and constantly looking for new editing styles

Tools

You should be comfortable with some/all of:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• CapCut
• DaVinci Resolve

You don't necessarily need to master every tool, but strong editing fundamentals and a willingness to learn are important.

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked with a travel, lifestyle, fashion or luxury brand
• Understand what makes a Reel scroll-stopping
• Follow travel creators and know what's trending
• Can suggest creative concepts instead of only executing briefs
• Have a portfolio that shows aesthetic, social-first editing
