Job summary

IIDE is seeking a Video Editor in Andheri (West), Mumbai to craft engaging content for digital and social platforms. You will edit, optimize, and produce videos for campaigns, ads, and organic content, working closely with marketing and production teams to tell a strong brand story.

You will conceive, edit, and support shoots while ensuring platform-specific optimization and consistent visual style across all content. This role demands creativity, tight deadlines, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe design tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to maintain high-quality output while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for campaigns, ads, and social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and long-form videos.
• Trim footage and enhance videos with music, dialogues, graphics, transitions, and effects.
• Create multiple cuts and formats of videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the production team during shoots to ensure seamless content execution.
• Edit and integrate graphics, text overlays, and visual elements using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Maintain visual consistency in branding, style, fonts, imagery, and overall content tone across platforms.
• Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute creative video ideas for campaigns and promotions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver content aligned with campaign goals and audience preferences.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to managing tight deadlines and evolving creative requirements.

Working Days: Monday – Friday (1st & 3rd Saturdays working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays off)

• Support additional video-related projects and creative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
• Stay updated on digital content trends and platform-specific best practices to improve content performance.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
