Job summary

IIDE Education Private Limited is seeking a Videographer & Video Editor for our Andheri (West) office. You will own the complete video production process—from concept and shoot planning to final delivery.

Create Reels, adverts, interviews, and brand content while managing cameras, lighting, audio, and gear. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate campaigns into high-quality videos optimized for digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of videography/editing experience.
• Proficiency with DSLRs and professional lighting setups.
• Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Portfolio showcasing videography and video editing work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end video production from concept through delivery.
• Plan shots, set up scenes, and create appropriate sets for shoots.
• Independently manage shoots while maintaining high production standards.
• Edit raw footage into engaging Reels, ads, and other digital content.
• Perform color correction, sound design, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to realise campaign concepts.

About the Role:

As the Videographer & Video Editor at IIDE’s Andheri (West) office, you will own the complete video production process from concept and shoot planning to editing and final delivery.

This role involves shooting and producing Reels, advertisements, interviews, testimonials, events, and brand content while managing cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate campaign ideas into high-quality, engaging video content across digital formats.

What You’ll Do:

End-to-End Video Production:

• Own video production from concept, shoot planning, and execution through editing and final delivery.
  
• Plan shots, set up scenes, and create appropriate sets for different types of shoots.
  
• Independently manage shoots while maintaining high production standards.
  

Videography & Shoot Execution:

• Shoot Reels, advertisements, interviews, testimonials, events, and brand content.
  
• Handle cameras, professional lighting setups, microphones, gimbals, and other production equipment.
  
• Capture footage optimized for different digital formats, including short-form, advertisements, and long-form content.
  
• Edit raw footage into engaging Reels, advertisements, and other digital content.
  
• Handle color correction, sound design, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
  
• Use Premiere Pro and After Effects to produce polished, platform-ready videos.
  
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to bring campaign concepts and brand ideas to life.
  
• Translate creative briefs into strong visual stories.
  
• Contribute cinematography and storytelling inputs during campaign planning and production.
  

Additional Duties:

• Maintain and responsibly handle video production equipment during shoots.
  
• Support video production requirements across campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
  
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
  

Who You Are:

Must-Have:

• 2–4 years of experience in videography, cinematography, video editing, or a similar role.
  
• Strong hands-on knowledge of DSLRs, professional lighting setups, microphones, gimbals, and other shooting equipment.
  
• Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  
• Good understanding of shooting for digital formats such as Reels, advertisements, and long-form content.
  
• Strong visual storytelling and cinematography instincts.
  
• Ability to plan independently and manage shoots and deliver the final edited output.
  
• A portfolio showcasing both videography and video editing work.
  

Should Have:

• Experience producing content specifically for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  
• Strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and audio.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience shooting interviews, testimonials, events, and branded content.
  
• Basic motion graphics skills and an understanding of evolving social media video trends.
