Gravitas Homeworks is seeking a creative, hands-on professional to own our real estate content end to end—from shoot to edit to post. You will produce premium video content showcasing properties, interiors and projects, and manage our social media presence to drive engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities include videography, video editing for Instagram/YouTube, and social media planning with trend-driven hooks.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in videography, video editing and social media content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in videography, video editing and social media content
• Strong video shooting and editing skills
• Hands-on experience creating Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or Filmora
• Working knowledge of camera, gimbal and lighting equipment
• Understanding of social media trends and content strategy
• Good visual sense and storytelling ability
• Experience with real estate, lifestyle or architecture content is a plus
• A strong portfolio or showreel is mandatory
