You will assemble footage from cameras, phones, and drones, add graphics, music, text, voiceovers, and ensure polished color, audio, and pacing to boost enquiries and showcase properties. The role is remote, project-based, with flexible hours and fast turnaround expectations.

Responsibilities

• Edit property walkthrough videos, real estate reels, promotional videos, and virtual tours.
• Edit and enhance footage captured using professional cameras, smartphones, and drones.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and social media advertisements.
• Combine video footage, photos, text, music, voiceovers, graphics, and animations.
• Add property details such as price, location, amenities, carpet area, floor plans, contact details, and USPs.
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, transitions, and stabilization.
• Create attractive opening hooks and visual sequences designed to increase engagement and enquiries.
• Edit agent/influencer talking-head videos and property presentation videos.
• Create different versions of videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and paid advertising.
