Job summary

VHonk Digital is seeking an experienced Video Editor with a strong real estate focus. You will turn raw footage into polished property videos, ensuring visual appeal and clear storytelling across formats.

The role requires 3+ years of editing experience, proficiency in Premiere Pro, and a keen eye for pacing, color and sound. A showreel demonstrating real estate projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional video editing experience.
• Real estate, architecture, interiors or property content experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects and DaVinci Resolve a plus.
• Strong editing, colour grading, sound and storytelling.
• Detail-oriented with good composition and pacing.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit real estate walkthroughs, property tours and social media videos.
• Work with camera, drone and on-location footage.
• Work on content concepts and scripts for video projects.
• Create clean, engaging edits with strong pacing and visual flow.
• Handle colour correction, colour grading, sound design, music and transitions.
• Add text, titles and basic motion graphics where required.
• Select and sequence footage to effectively showcase the property, architecture, amenities and lifestyle.
• Maintain consistency in visual quality across projects.
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to execute the required vision.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proven experience in real estate, architecture, interiors or property content.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
