Role Description

The Video Editor role at Luminate Cove Media is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the Video Editor will edit and assemble video footage, apply transitions, audio, and visual effects, and ensure high-quality output aligned with brand and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, refining story flow, performing basic color correction, and preparing videos in formats suitable for various digital platforms. The Video Editor will also support the production process by organizing raw assets, maintaining project files, and contributing creative input to enhance visual storytelling. Consistent communication with team members and adherence to timelines and brand guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and support Video Production, including organizing footage and understanding basic filming workflows.
• Strong skills in Video Editing, with experience in assembling, trimming, and refining video sequences for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, ensuring visual consistency and enhancing overall look and feel.
• Experience with Motion Graphics to create simple animations, titles, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.
• Capability in Graphics work, such as designing or adapting visual assets, overlays, and thumbnails.
• Hands‑on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or equivalents).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to collaborate in a team setting, accept feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary Range: INR 20,000 - 30,000 per month
