Responsibilities

• Independently handle DSLR/mirrorless camera setup and shooting for promotional videos and social content.
• Plan and execute video shoots with framing, lighting, and audio recording.
• Edit long-form and short-form videos, reels, YouTube content and promotional material.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and color correction; apply After Effects for motion graphics.
• Create titles, captions, intros/outros and motion graphics; manage color grading and audio syncing.
• Prepare output formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and ads.
• Stay updated with GenAI tools for video generation, editing enhancement, and scripting.

Role Description

Edusolve Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Content Creator who can independently handle the complete video production process - from DSLR camera shooting to professional editing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and other video-editing tools, along with a good understanding of GenAI tools for modern content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle DSLR/mirrorless camera setup and shooting for promotional videos, seminars, interviews, reels, social media content and other marketing activities.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including framing, composition, lighting, camera settings and audio recording.
• Edit long-form videos, short-form videos, Instagram/Facebook Reels, YouTube videos, advertisements and promotional content.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing, colour correction, audio synchronization and final output.
• Use Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, text animation, transitions, visual effects and other creative requirements.
• Create engaging titles, lower thirds, captions, intros/outros and motion graphics.
• Perform basic-to-advanced colour correction and colour grading.
• Clean and enhance recorded audio and synchronize external microphone recordings.
• Create multiple video formats suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and digital advertising.
• Stay updated with current GenAI tools for video generation, image generation, voice enhancement, background removal, animation, scripting and other creative workflows.
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve production quality and reduce editing time.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to create videos aligned with campaigns and marketing objectives.
• Manage the complete workflow from shoot → edit → review → revisions → final delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing/content creation.
• A strong portfolio/showreel is required.
• Experience in education, digital marketing, social media or advertising content will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can both shoot and edit independently will be preferred.
