You will edit for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, deliver across formats, and collaborate with content, social media and design teams to meet deadlines. On-site position in Kolhapur, India.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing social media reels, YouTube videos, promos and advertisements.
• A portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing work is required.
• Knowledge of AI-powered editing tools is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Video Editor with 3–5 years of experience who can transform raw footage into compelling videos for social media, YouTube, promotional campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

• Editing raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for various digital platforms.
• Creating short-form videos, reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and advertisements.
• Ensuring smooth transitions, effective pacing, colour correction, audio synchronisation, and overall video quality.

Social Media Content Creation

• Editing videos tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Creating attention-grabbing reels, shorts, and other vertical video content.
• Adapting video content to different platform requirements and formats.

Raw Footage Management

• Reviewing and organising raw footage for efficient editing.
• Selecting the best shots and arranging clips to create engaging narratives.
• Maintaining an organised workflow for video files and project assets.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

• Adding text animations, titles, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
• Incorporating relevant visual elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Audio & Colour Correction

• Enhancing audio quality, balancing sound levels, and synchronising voiceovers.
• Performing colour correction and grading to maintain visual consistency.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Working closely with the content, social media, and design teams to understand video requirements.
• Incorporating feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Ensuring that final videos align with the brand's communication style and content objectives.

Content Organisation & Delivery

• Managing editing projects, media files, and backups efficiently.
• Exporting videos in the required formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
• Delivering projects within stipulated timelines.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree or certification in video editing or multimedia is preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience in editing social media reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and advertisements.
• Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual composition.
• Ability to work with raw footage and independently deliver polished videos.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work is required.
• Knowledge of AI-powered video editing and content creation tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of video shooting techniques, camera handling, and framing is an added advantage.
