Job summary

DRIFT MEDIA is seeking an Executive Video Editor in Bhubaneswar for on-site, full-time work. You will handle end-to-end video production, edit ads, integrate sound, graphics and motion elements, and collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure brand guidelines and timely delivery.

The role requires strong skills in video production, color grading, motion graphics, and proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhubaneswar. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including organizing footage, editing video ads and marketing content, and integrating sound, graphics, and motion elements to create engaging outputs. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with designers and marketers, implementing brand guidelines, color grading footage, adding motion graphics, and optimizing videos for different platforms and formats. The role also involves maintaining an organized asset library, meeting project timelines, and contributing creative ideas to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement. The Video Editor will work closely with the broader team to ensure all deliverables meet DRIFT MEDIA’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for marketing and product-focused content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetics.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and overlays.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
• Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing video formats and best practices.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is a plus.
