Role Description

The Video Editor role at eMarketters is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assembling and trimming clips, applying transitions and effects, performing basic sound and color corrections, and collaborating with designers and marketers to align visuals with brand and campaign objectives. The role also involves creating motion graphics, integrating graphic elements, managing video assets, and meeting project deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency across all video deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage, timelines, and exporting in various formats.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to adjust color, exposure, and overall look to match brand and project requirements.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging intros, lower thirds, overlays, and visual elements.
• Ability to work with common video editing and motion graphics software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Attention to detail, strong sense of visual storytelling, and understanding of pacing and composition for digital and social media content.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, adhere to timelines, and maintain organized asset libraries.
• Relevant education or training in film, multimedia, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing video work is required.
