Job summary

Elite Ventures is seeking an E-Commerce Video Editor to craft engaging product videos and high-converting advertisements. You will edit for Instagram Reels, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube Shorts, turning raw footage, scripts and voiceovers into compelling ad creatives.

The ideal candidate has experience with short-form videos, strong understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to research competitor ads and trends.

Qualifications

• Experience editing short-form videos and ecommerce advertisements.
• Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts and performance marketing creatives.
• Understanding of hooks, viewer retention and engaging storytelling.
• Ability to research competitor advertisements and create new concepts.
• Good creative sense, pacing and attention to detail.
• Experience with product-focused or D2C advertising is preferred.
• Ability to understand Hindi and English content.
• Ability to work efficiently and handle regular creative output.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and performance-focused Video Editor to join our e-commerce business and create engaging product videos and high-converting advertisements.

What You'll Do

• Create and edit engaging e-commerce product advertisements
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook & Instagram Ads, and YouTube Shorts
• Turn raw product footage, scripts and voiceovers into compelling ad creatives
• Research successful competitor ads, trending creatives and new video styles
• Add captions, sound effects, music, transitions, animations and visual effects
• Create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds
• Create multiple creative variations for testing and performance marketing
• Research new advertising and creative ideas for different products
• Work closely with the team to improve the overall quality and performance of ad creatives

Software & Work Setup

We are open to candidates using any professional video editing software or workflow.

Candidates using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, VN, or other professional editing tools are welcome to apply.

The most important factor for us is your editing skill, creative thinking and ability to create high-quality e-commerce advertisements not the software you use.

Depending on the candidate's skills, workflow and technical requirements, the company is open to providing an appropriate system for work.

The selected candidate may be required to research on a company-provided system, while the editing setup will be decided based on the candidate's preferred professional workflow and requirements.
