Qualifications

• Ability to manage Video Production tasks, including planning, organizing footage, and supporting the full video creation process.
• Strong skills in Video Editing, with proficiency in editing software and experience creating clear, engaging narrative flow.
• Experience with Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across all video content.
• Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate text, icons, and visual elements that support campaign goals.
• Working knowledge of popular video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic software (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop).
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design is preferred; portfolio demonstrating prior work is required.
