Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Indore. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and trimming clips, applying transitions and effects, color grading, and aligning audio with visual content to meet creative briefs. The role also involves collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and clients to understand project goals, maintain brand consistency, and deliver videos on schedule. The Video Editor will contribute creative ideas, optimize formats for different platforms, and ensure all video assets meet quality and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills for crafting compelling visual narratives.
• Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics across projects.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging visual elements and animated content.
• Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and an understanding of social media and digital content formats.
• Candidates should have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Prior experience in agency or digital marketing environments and a portfolio showcasing video projects will be an advantage.
