Requirements

• 2127 years old.
• 1-8 years of work experience in an art/design or video-editing environment, preferably with an advertising agency (ATL/digital), brand or startup.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar editing software.
• Experience with Final Cut is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video creation, editing and content production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
• Good understanding of Telugu language and Telugu meme culture.
• Good awareness of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and national politics.
• Strong understanding of short-form video, audience retention and current content trends.
• Strong sense of timing, humour, visual storytelling, music and aesthetics.
• Ability to create engaging content from raw footage, scripts and basic creative briefs.
• Ability to translate a brief into well-crafted communication content.
• Familiarity with special effects, animation, 3D and compositing.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, visual quality and attention to detail.
