Role & Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos, Shorts, and Reels
• Create engaging storytelling, pacing, and viewer-retention-focused edits
• Sync B-roll, music, sound effects, and voiceovers seamlessly
• Design compelling thumbnails using Photoshop and/or AI tools
• Add basic motion graphics, transitions, typography, and visual enhancements
• Collaborate with the content team to bring ideas to life

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro editing software
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual communication
• Familiarity with thumbnail design tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable understanding and communicating in English
• Interest in videography/cinematography is a plus
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers with strong skills, passion, and a quality portfolio are encouraged to apply
