Job summary

Kmakersideas in India is seeking a creative Video Editor to produce engaging, music-driven political content for social media, with fast-paced workflows and strong storytelling. The role requires adeptness with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of video editing experience (political content preferred).
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with motion graphics, sound design and captioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor who can create engaging, visually strong, and music-driven political content for social media platforms.

The candidate should be capable of -

• Creating high-impact political reels and short videos
• Editing podcasts, interviews, and explainer videos
• Making visually appealing edits with transitions, effects, subtitles, motion graphics, and sound design
• Understanding social media trends, reel pacing, hooks, and audience engagement
• Delivering content quickly with attention to detail

Preferred Skills -

• Motion graphics and animation
