The team is responsible for designing compelling messaging, visual storytelling, and producing creative content for electoral and legislative campaigns.

What Would This Role Entail?

• Edit high-quality video content for digital and social media platforms
• Create engaging graphic designs, motion graphics, animations, and visual elements for videos and standalone digital creatives
• Add text animations, transitions, visual effects, subtitles, voiceovers, music, and sound effects wherever required
• Ensure all videos and creatives meet company standards for quality, branding, accuracy, format, and duration
• Work efficiently on fast-turnaround and time-sensitive content, particularly for campaigns, events, and trending developments
• Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver polished, publish-ready content within defined timelines

Necessary Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in video editing, graphic design, and/or motion graphics
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of other relevant creative software is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple simultaneous requirements.
• Basic understanding of politics and the nature of India’s democracy
• Proficiency in Punjabi is required
