Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bilaspur. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into cohesive, compelling stories, including cutting, sequencing, and refining videos for different platforms and purposes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the production team to understand project objectives, applying color correction and grading, adding motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring audio and visual quality standards are met. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining efficient workflows, and delivering final exports in required formats and resolutions. The Video Editor is expected to provide creative input, support continuous improvements in style and quality, and meet deadlines while working closely with other creative professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and the ability to work with raw footage and production assets.
• Proficiency in Video Editing, including cutting, sequencing, and refining narrative flow.
• Experience with Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall image quality.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and branding.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Understanding of audio editing basics and synchronization of sound with visuals.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Bilaspur.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
