Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru. The Video Editor will plan, edit, and finalize video content that showcases JD Homes’ farmland communities, customer stories, and brand initiatives for digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting music and sound effects, applying color correction and grading, and incorporating motion graphics and titles to create engaging visual narratives. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to understand project goals, maintain brand consistency, and deliver content aligned with campaign timelines. The Video Editor will also help optimize video formats for social media, presentations, and advertising assets while maintaining an organized archive of media files.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.


• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals that match brand and project aesthetics.


• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand communication.


• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).


• Good visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to work within deadlines and project briefs.


• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.


• Relevant degree, diploma, or certification in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating prior work is required.
