Job summary

Kinly is hiring a Video Conferencing Technician in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on in-room and remote support, liaising with VNOC and the service delivery team to ensure smooth Managed Videoconferencing services for a key client.

You will engage with customers, perform tier 1–3 troubleshooting, set up multi-room events, and contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery. The position is full-time with a contract until February 2028.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of common videoconferencing standards and platforms.
• Experience diagnosing and fixing AV equipment and conference systems.
• Strong English communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tier 1–3 troubleshooting of non-functional AV equipment.
• Assist in setting up and supporting high-level, multi-room events.
• Carry out break fixes and preventative maintenance checks.
• Communicate with end users to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with urgency.
• Escalate technical issues and coordinate with the service delivery team.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis for ticket resolution.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Role:Video Conferencing Technician

Contract Type:Full-time, Contract until February2028

Location:Hyderabad, India

Salary:INR 15000 - 25000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits

Interview Process:2-stage (Virtual and Face-to-face)

Hours:Monday – Friday – 40 hours (8am – 5pm)

Exciting new opportunity has arisen for a proven VC Technician to join a well-known globally recognised business , to be responsible for in room and remote resolution support liaising with the VNOC and management to ensure smooth delivery of the Managed Videoconferencing Service for a dedicated client.

The position will need to be engaged with all key customers , act as a liaison between customer and entire service delivery team and be responsible for measuring customer satisfaction , identifying areas of service improvement , delivering solutions and implementing long term improvement plans across the customers’ on-site support team.

Reports to Service Delivery Manager and On-Site Lead’s for day to day priorities and tasks

Key responsibilities:

• Complete tier 1-3 troubleshooting of any non-functional AV equipment

• Assist in the set-up and support of high level multi room events

• Conduct break fixes and assist in preventative maintenance checks

• Communicate with end users to assist with diagnosing and resolving issues

• Respond with a sense of urgency when receiving customer correspondence

• Assist in the set up and support of high level, multi room events

• Escalate any technical issues found in the rooms and conduct break/fix

• Participate in root-cause analysis of technical issues to assist with the resolution of trouble tickets.

• Update and recommend processes and procedure changes to better assist customers

Skills and experience:

• Working knowledge of videoconferencing standards

• Ability to troubleshooting of AV Conferencing systems

• Working experience with major videoconferencing equipment such as: Teams, WebEx, Zoom, Codec’s Cisco, Poly

• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
