ZeOmega is seeking a Video and Graphic Designer to craft engaging product-focused videos and supportive visuals. You will plan, record, and edit tutorials and demonstrations, while producing instructional content and UI diagrams. The Video and Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing video and graphic content to support our Product Digital Content creation efforts.
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Video Production: Plan, create, record, and edit product-focused videos such as feature explainers, tutorials, product demonstrations, and how-to videos.
Digital Content Creation: Develop digital content such as instructional videos, presentations, visual guides, and supporting graphics.
Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit and deliver high-quality videos, including screen recordings, voiceovers, captions, transitions, annotations, and motion graphics.
Instructional Content: Structure content in a clear and logical manner to make product features, processes, and information easy to understand. Ability to think creatively and develop original content that captures the audience’s attention.
Visual Design: Create supporting visuals such as diagrams, flowcharts, illustrations, UI callouts, and other graphics to support digital product content.
Content Updates: Edit and update existing product videos and digital content based on product updates, UI changes, and feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts to understand product functionality and create accurate content.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain product videos, screen recordings, graphics, templates, and other digital assets for easy access and future updates.
Project Management: Manage multiple video and digital content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in product information, UI elements, terminology, instructions, visuals, and overall content quality.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with video editing, instructional design, screen recording, motion graphics, and digital content creation tools and best practices.
Qualification:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in video production and graphic design.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, Synthesia or similar tools. Should be ready to learn new tools as required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
