Qualifications

• 20–28 years of experience in engineering industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead retrofit and rig manufacturing team and director-level liaison.

Roles and Responsibilities :

VP Technology also leads local R+D activities for development of new products or
features as well as the production rig manufacturing and retrofit team (Machine Building
and Retrofit) , executing engineering directives from global headquarters for global
applications in 6 factories in Asia, Europe and the Americas.

• Lead the retrofit and rig manufacturing team including its department head, to implement upgrades and new builds based on HQ Engineering specifications.
• Work with Component development team to develop products for local markets based on R+D specifications.
• Drive life cycle management of high-value production equipment.
• Ensure alignment with global engineering standards and directives.
• Collaborate with peer VPs and global stakeholders to support factory-wide strategic initiatives.
• Lead organizational transformation and continuous improvement programs.
• Build and develop high-performing technical teams for new and evolving activities.
• Implement and optimize business processes related to retrofits, and technical operations.
• Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Lead the manufacturing engineering team including its department head, to ensure preparedness for mechanical engineering, Planning and Monitoring of Investment roadmap, ensuring lean production concepts and developing and life cycle management of manufacturing processes.
• Lead the component development team based on HQ R&D, develop parts for local as well as global market needs.
• Responsible for Industrialization and products development for regional markets.
• Leading Team of MES software development team including its department head, to ensure development and Implementation of SAP MES applications and Digital Manufacturing.
• Responsible for successful implementation and smooth functioning of various process technologies like 1. Lining 2. Welding 3. Painting 4. Calibration.
