Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi seeks a seasoned VP to oversee Operations and Compliance for PMS-related activities, fund management, client audits, and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in financial services operations with PMS/AIF or mutual fund exposure and strong leadership and communication skills. Location: Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA Finance with 5–10 years in financial services operations, PMS preferred.
• Experience in AIF, Mutual Funds, or banks is advantageous.
• CS or Law degree additional qualification is advantageous.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team development track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency.

• Manage fund operations including accounting, settlements, and reconciliations.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Operations leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, including managing compliance, fund management, clients account audits, SEBI internal audits and general operational efficiency. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Supervise trade execution & EOD bifurcations/allocations and settlements
• Manage fund operations, including fund accounting, settlements, and reconciliations
• Manage liaison with brokers, custodians and banks for PMS operations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory rules, regulations, and standards
• Manage the process of audit of client accounts and internal audit as per SEBIs PMS Regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational performance
• Monitor and manage risk associated with operational activities
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) /MBA finance
• 5 to 10 years of experience in operations within the financial services industry,preferably in PMS,

Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Mutual Funds, or banks

• Additional qualifications such as Company Secretary (CS) or a law degree would be

advantageous

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
