You will mentor a team, drive conversations with promoters, CA/CPA contacts, and coordinate with merchant banking for IPO mandates, leveraging 6–12 years in investment banking.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are expanding our Investment Banking IPO Origination team and are looking for an entrepreneurial

AVP Business Development who can build relationships with high growth companies and help bring

them to the public markets. The VP will lead a business development team responsible for identifying

IPO ready companies, engaging with promoters, and converting opportunities into IPO mandates for

execution by the firm's merchant banking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify companies with strong growth potential and IPO readiness.
