• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to safeguard client assets and ensure data integrity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of fund accounting operations.
• Manage the night shift operations, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage to meet client needs.
