  • Establish accountability for financial outcomes and ensure corrective actions are implemented to address performance gaps.
  • Provide strategic oversight across the healthcare revenue cycle, including patient access, eligibility verification, charge capture, medical coding, billing, payment posting, accounts receivable, denial management, and underpayment recovery.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce revenue leakage, improve reimbursement outcomes, accelerate cash flow, and strengthen revenue integrity.
  • Evaluate operational and financial performance against relevant RCM benchmarks, payer requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Guide teams in resolving complex process challenges and improving end-to-end revenue cycle effectiveness.
  • Advise customers on improvement opportunities that align operational interventions with measurable financial and business outcomes.
