NAB India invites an experienced QA professional to join our NAB Innovation Centre India to ensure high-quality systems and applications. You will develop, implement and drive QA processes, standards, and testing practices across IT facilities and software environments.

Lead testing activities, mentor team members and help establish an effective QA function in a hybrid work setting. A background in Business or Technology with 10–14 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in QA processes and quality assurance frameworks.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate testing activities.
• Programming knowledge or scripting ability is a plus.

• Coordinate and perform routine QA reviews of changes to IT facilities, applications and system software environments.
• Develop and enforce technical standards including JCL, production control and conventions usage.
• Establish and maintain an effective QA function.
• Contribute to testing method development and ensure appropriate testing takes place.

Responsible For:

Ensuring high quality systems development by developing, implementing and executing Quality Assurance processes and procedures. Ensuring adherence to standards, procedures and methodologies.

Main Activities:

• Coordinating and carrying out routine Quality Assurance reviews of changes to IT facilities, including applications and system software environments, networking, etc.
• Coordinating the development and enforcement of technical standards, covering JCL, job structure, production control, conventions software usage, etc.
• Establishing and maintaining an effective Quality Assurance function.
• Participating with the development of testing methods and standards, and ensuring that appropriate testing takes place.

Typical Experience:

At least 10-14 years of relevant commercial experience coupled with tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology or a related discipline.
