Job summary

NAB India is seeking an Executive to help shape and govern the enterprise architecture across NAB’s innovation centres in India. The role involves ratifying roadmaps, driving data fabric implementations, and enabling AI-enabled platforms with conformance in development pipelines.

The position emphasizes strategic oversight, collaboration with platform teams, and delivering architecture evidence for regulatory requirements, while advancing architectural capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ratify and maintain target-state architecture and roadmaps across four estates.
• Own the integration simplification and enterprise data fabric strategy, with delivery by platform engineering teams.
• Build, operate and drive adoption of the digital twin of architecture and architecture agents.
• Define architecture policy-as-code; partner with engineering teams to embed conformance in pipelines.
• Improve speed and quality of architecture decisions via automation of routine design assurance.
• Shape technology investment slate to realise cost efficiencies and remove duplication.
• Deliver architecture evidence for regulatory obligations from live estate data.
• Provide a single trusted view of drift, conformance and simplification to executive and risk forums.
• Set guardrails for safe AI adoption across platforms and SDLC tooling.
• Lead capability uplift of the architecture function with hands-on engineering across disciplines
