Job summary

NAB India invites an experienced Associate Vice President to lead Quality Assurance and IT governance from our Gurugram office. This permanent role focuses on delivering high-quality systems, enforcing standards, and guiding testing across applications and environments.

You will coordinate QA reviews, establish and maintain QA functions, and drive testing methods. Strong leadership, documentation, and programming skills are essential for success in this senior position.

Qualifications

• At least 9-12 years of relevant commercial experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and carrying out routine Quality Assurance reviews of changes to IT facilities, including applications and system software environments, networking, etc.
• Coordinating the development and enforcement of technical standards, covering JCL, job structure, production control, conventions software usage, etc.
• Establishing and maintaining an effective Quality Assurance function.
• Participating with the development of testing methods and standards, and ensuring that appropriate testing takes place.
