UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) seeks an experienced Senior Professional – Debt Syndication to lead debt fundraising and financial structuring for real estate projects in India. You will manage end-to-end debt transactions, prepare term sheets, and coordinate with banks, NBFCs and investors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of banking experience, with debt syndication exposure.
• Experience in corporate and structured finance, real estate financing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt syndication, fundraising, and financing transactions for real estate projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and investors.
• Identify funding opportunities and negotiate financing terms.
• Manage end-to-end debt transactions, including term sheets, due diligence, documentation, and closure.
• Prepare and review financial models, funding proposals, credit notes, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal finance, legal, projects, and management teams for timely execution.
• Monitor existing debt facilities, repayment schedules, covenants, and refinancing opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, lending policies, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Professional – Debt Syndication to manage and drive the company’s debt-raising and financial structuring initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong banking background with extensive experience in corporate lending, debt syndication, structured finance, and relationship management with financial institutions.

• Lead debt syndication, fundraising, and financing transactions for real estate projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and investors.
• Identify suitable funding opportunities and negotiate competitive financing terms.
• Manage end-to-end debt transactions, including term sheets, financial due diligence, documentation, and closure.
• Prepare and review financial models, funding proposals, credit notes, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal finance, legal, projects, and management teams for timely execution.
• Monitor existing debt facilities, repayment schedules, covenants, and refinancing opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a banking background.
