Role: VP Enterprise Digital Transformation
Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid)
EXL is seeking a core technologist and delivery leader to establish and scale the Enterprise Digital Delivery within the Enterprise Digital function. This role is pivotal in driving technology-led transformation, shaping enterprise application strategy, and building a future-ready practice that accelerates EXLs digital journey globally.
The leader will be accountable for designing, delivering, and governing enterprise applications (SaaS, ERP, CRM, BPM, custom applications) while embedding cutting-edge digital capabilities such as cloud-native solutions, API-led architecture, AI/ML, and automation frameworks.
The role combines deep technical expertise with large-scale delivery leadership, ensuring that EXLs enterprise platforms are modern, integrated, and business-outcome driven.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Application Delivery & Modernization
- Establish and scale the Enterprise Application Delivery CoE with a vision anchored in future technology trends.
- Ability to engage and manage enterprise digitization requirements with Enterprise Functions of HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and Operations.
- Ability to lead and develop In‑House teams with a combination of Core Systems Technologies and Bespoke Applications.
- Build reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable frameworks for enterprise application delivery.
- Drive talent development through advanced training, certifications, and structured career paths.
- Competence in Core Systems and Technologies related to HRIS, ERP, CRM, CMS, and Enterprise WorkflowsProficient in a combination of Cloud Technologies and Hybrid Applications Environments.
- Lead delivery of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HCM, BPM, SaaS, custom apps) with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Drive cloud transformation, microservices adoption, and next‑gen integration architectures.
- Ensure alignment of digital delivery with enterprise strategy, growth priorities, and ROI outcomes.

Technical & Delivery Skills
- Proven hands‑on experience in delivering large‑scale enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, BPM, SaaS platforms).
- Strong grounding in enterprise/solution architecture, API‑first integration, and cloud‑native/hybrid models.
- Hands‑on understanding of AI/ML, RPA, and intelligent automation as levers for enterprise transformation.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, and data architecture.
- Ability to lead multi‑phase rollouts, upgrades, integrations, and migrations in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of agile, hybrid, and traditional program management methodologies.
- Solid background in solution architecture designing scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise application landscapes.
- Experience with cloud‑based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployment models.
- Strong understanding of API‑led integration, microservices, data flows, and middleware platforms.

Education
- Bachelors in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent (required).
- Masters (MBA or equivalent) with focus on Technology Management, Information Systems, or Business Strategy (preferred).
