Job summary

VIBGYOR Group of Schools in Mumbai is seeking a capable Academic Operations professional to manage curriculum workshops, record updates, and student case supervision in collaboration with PLC and parents.

The role also covers planning major school events, coordinating admissions logistics, and ensuring smooth administration across classrooms and facilities, while maintaining discipline on campus.

Qualifications

• PG with B.Ed is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hard-core teaching experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct / monitor curriculum workshops and ensure plans are followed.
• Maintain updated curriculum versions and related communications from CO.
• Investigate student cases with PLC team and parents; monitor progress with Special Education.
• Plan/Organize events: Parent Orientation, PTA, PTM, Field Trips, Sports Day, Annual Concert, etc.
• Coordinate with Admissions for new students; distribute notebooks/textbooks; liaise with Admin Team to resolve floor issues.
• Oversee classroom reshuffling, storage/locker allocation; maintain discipline on premises.

Role & responsibilities

Academic Operations:

• Should conduct /monitor curriculum workshops. Ensure the plans are available with the Teachers and the same is followed.

• Maintain details & records of updated versions and further instruction regarding the curriculum sent by CO to be maintained and updated regularly.

• They must check the genuineness of the identified student case, by investigating in-depth facts about the case. Coordination with the PLC team and parents. Monitoring and seeking updates about the childs progress and updates the Parent occasionally along with the Special Education.

• Should plan/Organize /Coordinate all the events such as Parent Orientation, PTA, PTM, Field Trips, Sports Day, Annual Concert, Special Events, Extracurricular activities, culminating activities and all Competitions as per the guidelines shared by CO.

Administration Operations:

• Must obtain information from Admission Department in advance about new students joining
• Necessary arrangements must be made to ensure appropriate distribution of notebooks and textbooks to the students.
• Liaison with the Admin Team and ensure that any problem on the floor related to the classroom, staffrooms, washrooms, electricity, furniture, cleanliness, soft Boards, lockers, equipment in labs, etc. are addressed and resolved on time and the same has been maintained in the register.
• Take call over reshuffling of classrooms, and allotment of storage areas & lockers.
• Discipline should be maintained on the school premises.
