Job summary

VIBGYOR HIGH, Malad East, Mumbai, is seeking a Sr. Secondary Physics Teacher (Grade 9–12). A B.Ed is mandatory for this role. The incumbent will plan and deliver physics lessons, foster safe and engaging classrooms, and collaborate with parents and coordinators.

Strong pedagogy and classroom management skills are essential. Preference given to candidates with postgraduate qualifications in physics and related teaching experience in senior secondary grades.

Qualifications

• B.Ed is mandatory for this position.
• Postgraduate degree preferred for enhanced subject mastery.
• Experience in teaching Physics at senior secondary level is advantageous.

• Ensure the lesson plan prepared is followed along with the mentioned resources and activities.
• Ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
• Should make use of effective pedagogical styles to suit different aptitudes, learning styles and interests of the students.
• Ensure discipline is maintained in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school
• Promote maximum student participation and assist students in improving study habits.
• Should keep a check on basic hygiene and pay attention to health matters seriously and diligently for each child.
