Responsibilities

Position Title: Veterinary Pharmacist &Billing Executive

Department: Pet shop, Billing and Pharmacy

Location: Domlur, Cessna Lifeline Veterinary HealthcarePrivate Limited

Role Summary

The Pharmacist will beresponsible for dispensing medicines, managing pharmacy operations, handlingbilling, supporting retail sales, and ensuring compliance with pharmacyregulations. The role includes client interaction, inventory management, andcoordination with doctors and internal teams.

KeyResponsibilities

Mandatory

• Ensure compliance with Drugs & CosmeticsAct , Narcotics and Pharmacy regulations
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and safety
• Dispense medicines as per the prescriptions
• Maintain prescription validation and records
• Avoid dispensing expired or incorrect medicines
• Maintain confidentiality
• Maintain labeling and documentation
• Coordinate with veterinarians
• Maintain expiry check
• Track out-of-stock items and inform clients

General

• Providefriendly, professional, and personalized customer service
• Assistcustomers with product information and purchase of products and accessories
