Broklet is seeking a Verification & Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our Bengaluru team. The role focuses on verifying owner identities, validating property details, and ensuring listings are accurate before going live.

Freshers are welcome and training will be provided to uphold our zero-fake-listing standard. The candidate will maintain daily verification logs, coordinate with onboarding, sales, and customer care, and contribute to high-quality listings while supporting process

Responsibilities

Call every owner to verify identity, property details, and legitimacy

Confirm ownership through documents, photos, or digital verification

Validate phone numbers, email IDs, and property location

Ensure all necessary details are correct before approval

2. Listing Quality Control

Review all listings before they go live on the platform

Check photos, amenities, description, prices, occupancy, and accuracy

Flag incomplete, duplicate, or suspicious listings

Reject low-quality listings and guide the team on corrections

3. Document Checking

Verify identity proof, property documents, rent agreements, etc.

Ensure documentation is clear, valid, and matches property details

Maintain secure records of all verified data

Check listings for misleading details or manipulated images

Maintain Broklet’s “zero fake listing” standard by reporting any discrepancies

5. Coordination With Sales & Support

Work closely with onboarding team for pending verifications

Notify sales team if additional information or re-visits are needed

Support customer care with accurate listing information

Share feedback with content/writing team to improve listing presentation

6. Data Maintenance & Reporting

Maintain daily verification logs and tracking sheets

Update CRM or dashboards with verified status

Prepare weekly reports on approvals, rejections, and fraud cases

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for the process

Requirements
