Job summary

Edatabae is seeking a Vendor Sourcing Specialist to help us build and manage a global network of vendor partners for AI data collection and annotation projects. You will source talent worldwide and negotiate rates to close fast, while maintaining a robust vendor database.

You will collaborate with internal teams to fulfil project requirements on time in a fast-paced startup environment, leveraging research and outreach across platforms, communities, referrals, and partner networks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, vendor management, or similar roles.
• Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with international markets.
• Proactive, target-driven, and good at getting things done.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
