This role is responsible for administering and optimizing a global third-party vendor management platform. You will serve as the subject matter expert for the platform, helping teams translate business needs into effective system solutions. The position combines platform administration, data management, reporting, integrations, and third-party risk management. You will work closely with stakeholders across functional and technology teams to improve processes and platform capabilities. A key part of the role is maintaining accurate vendor data and ensuring reliable integrations with external data providers. You will also support onboarding, due diligence, audit readiness, and risk-related workflows. This is an impactful opportunity for a self-driven professional who enjoys solving complex problems and improving systems through standardization and automation.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the global third-party vendor management platform and guide users on its effective application.
  • Meet with stakeholders across functional areas to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful platform configurations and solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and guidance to users, including presentations for large online audiences.
  • Administer and maintain the OneTrust TPRM environment, including workflows, questionnaires, vendor records, user access, and configuration updates.
  • Support system enhancements and troubleshoot platform-related issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and platform support teams.
  • Maintain and monitor the integration between Dun & Bradstreet and the vendor management platform, ensuring accurate ingestion of risk scores, financial information, and other relevant data.
  • Identify and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, synchronization issues, and other platform-related problems.
  • Partner with technology teams and external vendors to improve integration performance and system reliability.
  • Ensure third-party data is accurate, complete, consistent, and suitable for reporting, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Clean, normalize, and maintain vendor records to support program management, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting outputs covering vendor risk ratings, due diligence status, remediation progress, and other key program metrics.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and support reporting across multiple systems.
  • Support third-party onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, documentation tracking, and issue remediation workflows.
  • Maintain program trackers and datasets to support execution, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to scale processes through standardization and automation.
  • Collaborate with other divisions to develop cross-system reporting that measures adherence to Service Level Agreements and supports invoice validation.
Requirements:
  • You have at least 3 years of experience managing or administering third-party software, with experience in OneTrust TPRM considered an advantage.
  • You demonstrate strong expertise in learning, administering, and maintaining complex software systems.
  • You are experienced in translating business requirements into technical software updates and practical system solutions.
  • You are able to obtain OneTrust system certification within 45 days of starting the role through self-directed learning, platform exploration, and effective use of vendor support resources.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable delivering training and presentations to large online audiences.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and can troubleshoot software issues, investigate platform functionality, and solve problems with minimal guidance.
  • You have advanced Excel skills and can cross-reference and reconcile reporting from multiple data sources.
  • You have proven experience managing complex reporting requirements and translating data into meaningful business insights.
  • You are self-driven, persistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with stakeholders across teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field, is considered an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Access to employee impact and engagement groups that encourage collaboration and community.
  • Opportunities to participate in volunteer initiatives through FA Cares.
  • Access to a structured mentorship program supporting professional development and career growth.
  • Participation in SOAR, an award-winning manager development program.
  • Opportunities to expand expertise across vendor management, third-party risk, data analytics, reporting, integrations, and platform administration.
  • A collaborative environment that values authenticity, curiosity, integrity, teamwork, and customer-focused thinking.
