Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Chennai is seeking a stamping simulation specialist with a strong background in stamping shop operations. You will independently handle stamping-related activities and drive process optimization through simulation and countermeasures.

Proficiency in stamping processes, die and body structures, die cost estimation, and experience with AutoForm, PamStamp or DynaForm is essential. CAD tools such as Catia or UG and T0 trials experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in stamping simulation activities with a technical background in stamping shop.
• Capable of handling stamping related activities individually.
• Knowledge in stamping processes, die and body structures, feasibility concerns for cold stamping.
• Knowledge on die standard parts and die cost estimation.
• Knowledge on stamping process optimization and progressive analysis.
• Hands on experience in any simulation software (AutoForm / PamStamp / DynaForm) and plan counter measures.
• Knowledge on automated press lines and panel layout making.
• Able to propose Engineering Change Requests to Product Design.
• Able to execute Tool Go-Ahead activity with milestone closing documents.

• Coordinate with design and manufacturing to close tool go-ahead milestones.

Job description

Experience in Stamping Simulation activities with a technical background in stamping shop & should be

capable of handling Stamping related activities individually.

Knowledge in Stamping processes, die structure, Body structure & stamping feasibility concerns for

both Cold Stamping.

Knowledge on Die standard parts & die cost estimation.

Knowledge on Stamping Process Optimization & Progressive analysis.

Hands on experience in any simulation software [Auto form / Pam stamp / Dyna form] and can able

to execute simulation & plan Counter measure.

Knowledge on Automated presses lines [Cross bar, Feed bar] panel layout making.

Able propose Engineering Change request to Product design.

Able execute Tool Go-Ahead activity - with milestone closing documents (Process, Simulation, Sim

Report, 3D & 2D Method Plan, Spring back simulation & compensation knowledge preferable.

Hands on experience in any CAD software [Catia/UG] with A-class surface modelling capability.

Hands on experience in T0 trials & can make comparison Simulation Vs Trial -Preferable.
