Job summary

Tata AutoComp Systems Limited in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 4–9 years of experience in press tool and stamping tool design, development, tool room, or maintenance. The role focuses on design, development and maintenance of stamping tools.

You will support production, run tool trials, and read drawings with GD&T. Proficiency with AutoCAD, CATIA, NX, Creo, or SolidWorks is favored.

Qualifications

• 4 to 9 years of experience in Press Tool/Stamping Tool design, development, tool room, or maintenance.
• Experience in automotive, sheet metal, stamping, or engineering manufacturing industries preferred.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Tool Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain press tools/stamping dies.
• Handle tool trials, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of tools.
• Support production for tool-related issues and quality improvements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
