Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities: Maintaining relationship with travel agents and responsible for agents’ growth at TravelTriangle. Ensuring healthy retention rate of vendors. Managing the vendor's grievances (related to payments, competition etc) Time to time performance checks on Vendors to ensure quality output Maintaining reports for daily activities and analyzing data to find solutions to improve efficiency in the processes. Assure quality training of new travel agents on TravelTriangle platform in order to familiarize them with our systems leading to efficient functioning and target delivery. Mentoring fellow team members and work collaboratively to ensure destination's overall growth. CTC up to 4 LPA
