Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Vendor Help Desk (Linguistic Expert) to manage vendor and employee queries

efficiently while ensuring service quality and timely resolution. The role involves handling financial

queries, stakeholder communication, and maintaining operational KPIs/SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor and employee queries related to Accounts Payable (AP), Payment Processing,

and Travel & Expense (T&E;)

• Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs
• Handle and resolve internal stakeholder escalations effectively
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of queries and resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Language proficiency: Minimum B2 level in German or French
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle queries and escalations professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Commerce or Accounting
• Experience in finance-related operations or help desk roles

Preferred candidate profile : B2 Certification in French is must
