Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in vehicle inspection and export quality.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS/IATF quality systems.
• Experience with PDI for export vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspection of vehicles before export dispatch.
• Verify vehicle compliance with customer specs and destination country requirements.
• Identify, analyze and report daily defects and non-conformities.
• Coordinate with production, suppliers, and logistics for defect rectifications.
• Monitor Pre Delivery Inspection activities and vehicle readiness for export.
• Analyze field and shipment quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports and defect trend data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Ensure safe handling and prevention of vehicles during storage and transport.
• Handle vehicle inspection at port including yard and vessel locations.
• Handle repair projects to support shipments.
• Coordinate with all plant departments for defect control.
• Handle transit defects transported through Trailer, Auto-wagon, and Container.

Knowledge of Vehicle Inspection Process, Standards & Global Quality benchmarks. Experience in Vehicle PDI, Export market quality requirements, defect root cause analysis, process improvements & maintaining customer satisfaction for global export markets. Hands on experience of Vehicles Logistic Process, challenges, & improvements required.

Nature of Work
