DEIC-L&T Precision Engineering & Systems IC in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced engineer to lead vehicle-level MCU integration with motors, inverters and battery systems. You will define interfaces, CAN/Ethernet protocols and calibration strategies for motor control.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Technology (BTech) is required.
• Experience in vehicle-level MCU integration or motor control is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the vehicle-level integration of MCUs with electric motors, inverters, battery systems and vehicle control units.
• Define vehicle-level requirements, interfaces and communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet) for MCU integration.
• Conduct system-level testing, calibration and validation of motor control performance, torque management and efficiency.
• Support on-vehicle testing and commissioning, including torque verification, motor response and thermal behavior evaluation.
• Coordinate with hardware, software and algorithm teams to ensure MCU functionality aligns with vehicle performance requirements.
• Perform fault diagnostics, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for MCU and motor-related issues.
• Contribute to Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and SOTIF compliance at the vehicle level, includingASIL verification and safety case development.
• Implement and monitor vehicle-level calibration strategies for motor control loops, torque ramping and regenerative braking.
• Support prototype and pre-production vehicle integration, wiring harness validation and ECU configuration.
• Develop and maintain test plans, verification reports and integration documentation.
• Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and cross-functional teams to meet program milestones and quality objectives.
